How to Stop Robocalls on a Landline? Here are several options:

1. Register your phone number on the National Do Not Call List Registry for free by calling (888)-382-1222. Remember to call them directly from the phone number you want to register.
2. Dial *60 on your phone. You will be led to an automated menu.
   • Block latest call, dial #01# on your dial pad.
   • Block specific phone number or select number, dial #, 10-digit phone number, #.
3. Dial *77 on your phone. You will be led to an automated menu.
   • Listen to the menu and select options that apply
   • This method stops or blocks unwanted robocalls or anonymous calls.

1.   Do not answer unwanted calls from unfamiliar numbers.

These programs can be installed on your phone or used as a service through your phone carrier.

3.   Sign up for the National Do Not Call Registry

The National Do Not Call Registry is a free service that allows you to opt-out of receiving most telemarketing calls. To sign up, visit donotcall.gov or call 1-888-382-1222 from the phone you want to register. Keep in mind that the registry does not block all telemarketing calls, but it can help reduce the number of unwanted calls you receive. You can also add your number to the registry through the FTC’s website or by calling the FTC’s Consumer Response Center at 1-877-FTC-HELP.

4.   Use caller ID blocking
